Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time....... d*

I got my basement walls poured (in SC), so I decided to make a quick run to FL for some R&R and to take a load of fiber cement siding back up to SC. Enter Tropical Storm Debby. We've had 10-12" of rain, as well as wind and embedded tornadoes. The siding isn't supposed to get really wet, as then it would have to be unstacked and dried out, so I have it wrapped in plastic inside a crate. Unfortunately, I built the crate out of 1/4" OSB, which quickly turns to oatmeal when wet. So, it sits under a tarp in my driveway, and I wouldn't want to haul a heavy trailer under these conditions anyway. Here I sit, watching the rain. At least the wife is happy (so far) to have me around!

I'm not poor- I'm financially underpowered.
