I was wondering if attaching foam board insulation to the bottom side of my floor joist would help stop heat transfer?
I have no floor insulation at this time, and am having a hard time keeping the cabin cool.
the rest of the cabin is well insulated.
Im looking for a quick (cheap) fix untill I can have the lower side spray foamed.

It will help.  Another option is radiant barrier bubble wrap insulation, which you can just hammer staple in place as you unroll it
Find what you love and let it kill you.

thank you for the info, that is the same stuff I have in my shop!
I called the manufacturer, and they gave me the details.
from what they told me, it will do the job.
