How do you insert an image? jpg

MountainDon

The image to be posted must first be uploaded to an image service. Photobucket.com is one of many.  Then you copy the IMG Code from the image host and paste that in the message here.

There is a tutorial on photobucket under Forum News. It's a little out of date but should help if you have troubles. There's also one for Picasa web albums
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

I hope this worked. This is the house I am looking at building...

Here you go Bill

Go to your photobucket picture. Drag your mouse from the picture down and there should be 4 titles.  Left click on the IMG and it should highlight.  Then right click and copy.  Then just paste it in your thread.

The Inspector said I could use the Jefferson ladder to conserve space.  The kitchen is not really up to standards. What else can I do to make it more live able?

I used the galley kitchen so the floor space can.  Mobile homes have been using gallery kitchens for yrs. Old but still effective...

It is a pretty workable plan for 392sf. It has a private bedroom with outside access and good storage. A small kitchen (where is the stove?) and bath.

It looks like the doors are all 3' wide - that's more than you need unless someone is huge or in a wheelchair. 2'-4" on the bathroom will probably let you have a swinging door (much better privacy). The one undersized room is your main or Great room. Putting two more feet into that would make it work (14x30). I would also have a 2nd window in the end of the building (in the bedroom).

Your floor plan reminded me of a park model trailer . . . You may want to google "park model trailers".

Here is the "Breckenridge" line.  You may notice there are many floor plans similar to yours.  Some with stairs to a "storage" loft.

By the way . . . All park models must be under 400 sq. ft.   Anything over is considered a mobile home.

Here are some images of other small park model units

Here's one that is under 400sf

What dimension is the shower and the space for the toilet and sink? Thanks

A galley make double or triple use of the same floor space. Thanks
