Insulating Pier and Beam Floor

My main objective is stopping air infiltration and my main concern is trapping moisture.

This will be built in central Oklahoma.

The picture is a cross section of a subfloor assembly.   Picture plywood on the top as the subfloor.

2 x 2's are a backer to staple 1/2" pt plywood
The plywood is to protect the underside of the floor from insect etc.

Rigid foam board goes on top of the plywood as an air barrier and then it is caulked to the sides of the floor joists to seal any gaps.

Last would be batt insulation to fill the remaining joist space.

In a generally warm climate like Oklahoma is this going to trap moisture and be detremental in the long run?  I feel stopping air infiltration is the key to staying warm but spraying with Iceneyne in a rural area is simply too costly.

Wood will not stop insects and rodents, I would get Hardware cloth and put that up. It will stop the rodents from getting it.
