NM's DWI rate is down over the last year and alcohol related fatal crashes have reached a 10 year low. Part of the credit for the declines has been given to the poor economy; drunks staying home to drink because it's cheaper.

:) :)
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

that is good news

two people in my family have suffered due to drunk driving, one spent 5 years in prison, and one
was killed by a drunk driver

on a lighter note, i too am one of those drinkers that chooses to drink at home, its way cheaper!

the little pub we visit has shinner (our favorite beer) for 3.50 a pop, for 7, i can get a whole
6-pack
