Bailout bill loops in green tech, IRS snooping

IRS undercover operations: Privacy invasion?
The bailout bill also gives the Internal Revenue Service new authority to conduct undercover operations. It would immunize the IRS from a passel of federal laws, including permitting IRS agents to run businesses for an extended sting operation, to open their own personal bank accounts with U.S. tax dollars, and so on. (Think IRS agents posing as accountants or tax preparers and saying, "I'm not sure if that deduction is entirely legal, but it'll save you $1,000. Want to take it?") That section had expired as of January 1, 2008, and would now be renewed.

I would urge anyone to do thier own taxes on their own computer using Turbo-Tax.  It is more thorough than any accountant who does it for tons of people with minimal information.  You will find a lot more deductions.

My old accountant seemed like they worked for the I. R. S. as they gave away all of my legitimate deductions so they wouldn't have to worry about an audit.  If done on time you can get legal representation from Turbo Tax pros for a small fee.  Always file for extended time --don't be among the first group to file and throw your return in for scrutiny.

good point... we were sitting round the campfire burning rotten rafters on the week-end contemplating the same thing...Maybe the bail out was never ever intended to help anyone at all... Maybe they know and want a collapse... this just makes sure all of their assets are protected...

todays song

Shes a good girl, loves her mam a
Loves jesus and america too
Shes a good girl, crazy bout elvis
Loves horses and her boyfriend too

Its a long day living in reseda
Theres a freeway runnin through the yard
And Im a bad boy cause I dont even miss her
Im a bad boy for breakin her heart

And Im free, free fallin
Yeah Im free, free fallin

All the vampires walkin through the valley
Move west down ventura boulevard
And all the bad boys are standing in the shadows
A ll the good girls are home with broken hearts

And Im free, free fallin
Yeah Im free, free fallin
Free fallin, now Im free fallin, now im
Free fallin, now Im free fallin, now im

I wanna glide down over mulholland
I wanna write her name in the sky
Gonna free fall out into nothin
Gonna leave this world for a while

And Im free, free fallin
Yeah Im free, free fallin

I dedicate this song to the stock market

I'm so glad I cashed out my 401k in the spring of 2007. It would be worthless by now.

Sassy's is held captive.  They let her borrow a small portion of it but the rest must sit in there for the vultures to nibble away at until it's all gone.....

Cashed out my hubby's this past June. We had our Shell built with it. I am so glad, cause the penalty is cheaper then what it would be worth today.
