I actually spent a lot of time researching this and trying to go this route in building a house out of them ( them being ISBU's )

A 8' x 40' by 9' tall ISBU can be bought for ~$3500 and lay three of those side by side and you get yourself 960 square feet of dried in watertight living space

The downfall is.... when you mention building a house to live in with ISBU's.... you usually don't et your calls returned from the building department in that county!!!
