Here is a set of plans for turning the low lift garden tractor bucket into a hydraulic high lift version. This design uses two small 1 1/2" bore to 2" bore x 16" stroke cylinders to lift the arms. The bucket is tripped and returned with cords. The plans are free to download and you may directly fabricate the Hydraulic Garden Tractor Bucket from the plans or use them to aide you in designing your own version.
