Exclusive interview with man charged with brandishing his finger at the Jamestown Ferry
The TSA has nothing on the private security used by the Virginia Department of Transportation at the Jamestown/Scotland Neck Ferry.

Paul Henick, a gentle retired and handicapped man, was charged with brandishing a firearm and obstruction of Justice when he pointed his finger at a Security Guard working the Ferry.
Concerned gun owners in Virginia started a fundraiser at Opencarry. org. It was picked up by freedom loving people all across the United States. Within a week, it showed over 22,000 hits and money started pouring for Paul's defense.
The noted defense attorney, Daniel L. Hawes Esquire, has taken on Paul's case.
The first in a series of Video's about this travesty and questionable practices in the county of Surry, will air tonight.

Looks like a pretty clear case of rent-a-cop power trip backed up by real cop power trip, not liking someone with the audacity to question their authority to me.

That pretty much sums it up Glenn. This is a fairly good sized Documentary (That was just a piece I tacked some titling on). It won't be finished until the case is finished.
It goes way beyond the Guards and Cops. It really involves the entire County Government. I've had to file two complaints with the State Supreme Court and one with the FOIA Council, because they kept blocking my access to the information.
I've agreed with his lawyer not to release the Doc until after the trial (even though it wouldn't have an ending).
There is a health problem (again I can't comment on it yet) that came up yesterday and nearly ended the story early >:(
This has been very stressful for him.
Welcome to police state USA. God help us.
Good thing he was well armed!
He could have gotten "tasered", hog-tied and sent to prison for assaulting an officer.
