So I decided to take up tap dancing. From home first. Got my tap shoes and a DVD for the newbies of tap.
I just need to remember what foot is right and what foot is left, but seeing I am doing this at home I can mark my feet with a L & R.
Be careful, Stinky.... at your age your bones are a bit frail and you might break an ankle..... heh

Noooooo. I got new tap shoes today. I have a dvd on tap but never had proper shoes. So I went out and bought me a pair. I just finished a hard 20 minutes and realized I stink! I have no timing. I can now hear how bad I am. practice practice practice.

Hey Stink never buy in to that 'your as old as you feel thing!' You might feel young but the joints just do not work like they.........
It looks like such fun, tap dancing.
I expect if you can get to the point where you can get that first trill of taps to roll off your feet, then you will be hooked. It is certainly good exercise for legs, heart, etc and a good balance builder.
I'm sure AARP would approve!
