I have been using it during rain (Which has been scarce this summer) and that was the idea during the storms yesterday.

I was videoing a road that was flooded and apparently has a two foot hole. The water was about four feet deep until...

It was still raing and Clearwire wasn't working well. I uploaded it in a medium quality standard definition instead of 1080,
