I love it. Lea and Perrins especially.
Here's a question. That stuff is aged in a barrel. Once it is opened, does it need to be refrigerated? I'd love to keep it at the cabin, but I can't keep anything that needs refrigeration.
P.S. Never through out those small mustard squeeze bottles. They come in handy for storing small amounts of cooking oils and sauces!
If it does not say refrigerate after opening, then you are good to g. I believe it does not need refrigeration.
We keep ours in the cabinet, sometimes for months.
It does not require to be in the fridge.

Dont cook steak with out it. I keep it in the frige but I dont think its required probably just habit. d*
Did you know you can buy Worcestershire sauce in powdered form? I get it from Zack's. It's nice to add into a dry BBQ rub. I just checked my off-brand bottle, and it says refrigerate after opening. Not sure about L&P.
I do kind of like the taste of it, especially on a bad steak, but I really like McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning and the natural flavor of a good well marbled greasy steak with way too much of it rubbed on the outside before barbecuing.

Dang... I'm starting to drool... [waiting]
I don't refrigerate mine and have never had a problem. Love it on steaks! But I also like to put a little splash in a glass of V-8.....Yummy
I think I have the same bottle thats been in the cabinet for over 3 years. still tastes the same in my opinion. I'm pretty sure its highest ingredient is vinegar, and as such, you can leave it out without spoilage just like you could vinegar. It's not a very bacteria friendly environment.
I dont like it on meat personally, but gotta have a squirt in bloody marys from time to time.
You should try Daddy Hinkle's, So good.

I can seldom keep a bottle (big one too!) for more than three months.
Frank, I have no idea if it freezes. Might be bad news for the bottle if it does? ???
READ the label...don't just look at it.
I've actually seen some food labels that say "For BEST FLAVOR refrigerate after opening". ;)
