Can they legally infringe on gun rights?

Does that include a tank of gas and a moving vehicle?

We took a hard look at Va law because of the problems in New Orleans. As a result the state no longer has the right to control guns during an emergency. NC has a good basis but needs to clean up a few of their laws.
