Sort of falls in line with what several of us have said will happen.  Coupled with the let them eat cake attitude you see from Washington DC.  Voting them out of office may well not be enough.  Especially when the system breeds and grows it own pigs at the trough; and installs its own gods at the alter.

Prices have been jumping in China for a few years.

A cool channel on YouTube with subtitles and English.  An interesting look into Chinese culture in the other videos.

I've been trying to keep track of this (as well as gold prices, silver prices and the economy from places like Shadow stats etc etc etc) and it worries me.  Why?  Becuase people don't get it.

I pray that things get sorted out soon but I'm afraid the royalty in DC don't get it and don't give a damn either.  Meanwhile, back at the farm, US citizens are eating Doritos, swilling bud and watching the game totally oblivious to the storm raging just outside their big screen TV.

To heck with food!  Got Cabin?  After all, if the smelly stuff meets up with the air moving device you might want to be far far away....

The bosses of the royalty in DC let them put on the marionette show so it does not really matter a bit to them.

I was just talking to the hardware store owner who said similar - a real change of everyone in DC is needed but I am thinking it is too late for that to matter.  We are just pawns in the Grand Chessboard.  The rule making is above DC.

We will do best to prepare for ourselves, families and friends.  We can be ready for nearly anything even if nothing happens in the near future.  It doesn't look like they can hold it together for long at the current rate though.

I was reading 'Three Men of Boston' a few months ago (maybe 4 or 5 actually) and was stunned at how similar things were in the 1760's to today!  It's actually quite scary.

But it's not 'Let them eat cake' -- at least I pray it isn't -- but more the same type of arrogance the British parliament had and it's contempt of the American's.  American's just wanted their rights (Life, Liberty and Property) and to have real representation.  They believed in their constitution (The English one actually) and wanted it to be honored....so much like today.

So rather then guillotines I'm thinking Kentucky Rifles....but who knows.

We knew it was coming .... [waiting]

I wondered the day before I first saw this, "Why is it still legal for us to have a garden, to grow our own food, to give some to our friends?"

Seriously... I thought about that very question..... [idea]

http://poorrichards-blog.blogspot.com/2010/08/s510-illegal-to-grow-share-trade-sell.html

I thought our illustrious lawmakers were missing a bet by allowing us to eat...... [noidea'

The wording in this bill is vague enough to do exactly that ...stop us from providing for ourselves...and force us to buy everything from their corporate farms....

What is next ...slitting our throats and gassing us?
