Title: Circling around a new rifle...

I like the weird looks of the Savage BSEV......I bet it is a tack driver.

Jason has two Mark II's, a 22LR and a 17. Thumhole models not the BSEV,  but he swapped the stocks for an aftermarket that fits his hand better. Very nice shooters though.

I don't have one but if it's like all my other Savages, it's a shooter.

I looked at one at Sportsmans Warehouse, and was not impressed witht the smoothness of the action.  The stock looks like it is ready to break the first time it gets whacked on something... I wonder how stout it is?

Still.... it looks like a silhouette gun ready to go.

Looks like the stock would break if you dropped it.. I'm still a fan of .22LR bolts, though.

funky lookin 22, but if your circling it, just go do it and be done with it.  I got my eye on something as well right now and am trying to talk myself out of another gun.  theres no room in the safe as it is.
