Title: Understanding how heat moves through buidings
Post by: John Raabe on April 20, 2010, 02:24:18 PM
Another nugget from the Building Science guys. This time an audio talk on heat - with some surprising twists you probably don't know (at least I didn't ::)).
This talk initially debunks the marketing ads for "radiant barrier" insulation, but then it goes on to explain the physics of heat transfer and how insulation works (or doesn't work) in the real world of buildings.

I LOVE GBA. They're a fantastic resource for eco friendly knowledge specific to building, and there are always great articles. This is a long time coming, but good find!
