We also want to make an outdoor kitchen as it is too hot to cook inside here in the summer.  Nice to see what others have done.

Yup - we have been thinking about it for several years.  Sassy would like an outdoor kitchen for canning in the summer time.  Here on the ridge top it sometimes does not go below 80f at night for 2 months in a row- that includes every night.

Thanks for posting that, Paul.  I enjoyed it - always good to get ideas from what other people have done - don't have to re-invent the wheel...   :)

We had an outdoor kitchen one summer, but the tarp we were using took off with a strong wind.. I haven't gotten around do building anything a little more permanent.
