We all know of government experiments on the unknowing public here in the US.
That is nothing compared to what we do to the citizens of other countries. The news is 50 years late getting here as with most of these type events, but you can bet the atrocities are ongoing.

When I was a boy, I was dead certain that we were the good guys. Tough as nails, but always fair. Chemical experimentation on humans, torture. etc., those were the things the bad guys did. Russians, Germans, the Mafia, not the US of A. Goes to show what good propaganda can accomplish.
It was heartbreaking to lose my country.
I agree, dug. We always thought of ourselves as the good guys when I was a kid, but then we were not aware of what was being done in our name.
Nothing bugs me more than to have my name drug through the dirt by a worthless bunch of criminals.
I feel the people of the US as a whole do not share the bad deeds and mal-intent of those representing us in our foreign policy and the ones they make carry out their bad actions, but try to tell that to those affected by it.
