Title: free span weight load

you all will probly know Im sure, but what would be the weight load of a 2x6 at a free span of about 6'? would you be able to load 1 1/2 floor decking  and bedroom furniture at this much of a freespan? thanks for your help.

Spanning 6'  with a 2x6 would be fine according to this span calculator for a floor.

It's real easy to use, just change the fields for the span and species you want, set the load and deflection to what you want, and it tells you the maximum span.  [cool]
