Title: And now, a new dramatic poem about a hoax and its creator, Al Gore... by phalynx

On an unexpectedly cool December now
An impending rouge implodes
in a white blanket of cold

Hot air escapes his thin lips
Hysteria settles on a gullible populous
A calming voice is heard

His balding head glides down the stairs
Somehow, even he has fathered
A hard lesson will soon be here

His smile is stolen
His "research" is placed on the ground
Ready for the torches celebration

Unknown scientists
leave their posts, undeterred
Patriots ready their calling

Power seeks fools and followers
The clock as struck midnight
And his fable is now closing

A green movement cries
Their hour of reign has collapsed
He was your tool!

I love how Al tells us all, jetting around the world no less, to reduce our carbon footprints even though his mansion uses more electricity in a month than the average American family uses in an entire year. He's a hypocrite.

I couple of haikus on the thought.

He talks of saving
Meaning we must live without
While he lives richly

Your carbon footprint
Must be reduced forcibly
Though his is massive

Hey! He's a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate! Show some respect!

Barak Obama, Al Gore, Mohamed ElBaradei, Jimmy Carter, Kofi Annan, Yasser freakin' Arafat?

Uh... never mind.
