I like latkas and I must admit I do like gefilte fish with some horseradish on a matzo.

the gefilte fish can stay away from me, along with its friend whitefish.  Falafel, Israeli salad, latkes, sufganiyot, that's the good stuff.  Chag semeach Squirl!
