If the Republican Party does not learn from last years elections and make changes, they will be doomed imo.

I very much hope they get the last years message and not make the same mistakes.

I am still a bit giddy over the elections yesterday.  Granted, we made no progress in NY or CA, but I can't hope but think that this has to send a message to all the Democrat leaders with their noses in the air.... their time is coming.  If this slows down the healthcare fiasco just a bit....
