Great!
That's one of the best moves I've seen yet. The Federal Government only has jurisdiction over interstate transactions and they have far overstepped their authority. The theory has been that guns cause kids to be stupid ??? and that causes a shift in interstate commerce so the Feds have jurisdiction. The supreme court cut a big part of that out of the Brady Bill, but not all.

A BIG PAT ON THE BACK for the great state of Montana.

Now let's see them defend it in a court of law. Hopefully, they succeed, setting a damning example for the Federal Government.
