Title: Chain Saw Parts & Tools
Post by: MountainDon on April 25, 2009, 04:14:30 PM
I wanted to rebuild the carb on my chain saw recently. Plus I've wanted one of those splined tools for the carb mixture adjustment. (I've used a home made drilled wood dowel, but it got old and split).

So I went looking on ebay and found Randy's Small Engine Repair. He has a mind boggling catalaog of parts for just about any chain saw made. Prices were good, shipping very fast. (ordered Wednesday; here today without paying for rush delivery) Just thought I'd let others know.

Plus they encourage phone calls for info if you're not sure what you need.

   This guy is great!

I had accidentally run over my crafstman chainsaw with the bobcat . . . I ordered a top front handle and I received it in two days.  Price was right . . . Was less than from Sears.

A new twist on Chain Saw sharpening.  Only down side other than "does it really work" is that you have to have the special bar & chain for the sharpener to work.  Neat if it works.  Anyone interested let me kinow how it works.
