Hi, I'm having a heck of a time finding ready-to-sell plans of a simple 36 x 36 livestock barn of the gable roof type.
I suppose the reason why is that I really need these dimensions: 36 x 36 with a 10' first story, then a four 1/2' upper stem wall topped by a 9/12 roof pitch with a copula.
Does anyone here have those plans or know where I can get them?

oddly enough, those plans are readily available on state agriculture websites. Do a search for "barn plans state" and you will see all the state approved plans for free.
Be aware that most of these plans from various midwestern university extension services are from the 50's and earlier. The plans may not be approved under modern codes. If you have codes that may be a problem, if you do not have codes... ??? The ones I've seen came with a disclaimer to that effect.
