Title: Craigslist Search Question

Does anybody know how to search large geographic areas on Craigs List so that I don't have to search each individual city by name. 

Example:
Search for all Lister Diesel engines for sale in the U.S.   If that's not possible I would be satisfied to search by each state.

The way craigslist is set up I doubt it's possible to search areas wider than cities.

A Lister is a great generator engine.
