  Unbelievable . . . I'm sure our lawmakers in Texas had better things to do . . . Than being present for a vote . . .   (Probably on the phone talking to constituents)   ;)

   I can see voting across the party line, but one party member voting for the other party!

   Maybe that is the problem!  To much partying . . .
