Title: AIG filled 20 million suit against Feds.

I am not even sure how to respond. Didn't the fed just give them billions of dollars?

They are suing for $300,000,000.  They don't want to overpay their taxes - on foreign earnings - which is one of the few legitimate taxable items.

This is taxes paid on off shore tax shelters.  This is extremely brazen.

I don't think anyone should have to pay more tax then they owe (and not less either). That said, I wouldn't be upset if they lost their suit.
