I joined this group a couple of years ago...cheap place to drink.

Went to my first meeting tonight. And this hit me between the eyes....haven't recited it in years..

Two of the guys there never knew their fathers....one from the Korean war......the other from Viet Nam.

I was a SAL! Won my first pool shooting trophy at the A.L. post in Perris,Ca. Says First Place SALS & PALS on it! :)

Wow! I've never seen that before. Of course I grew up in Canada; but we did get US TV shows. ??? Wonder how that would play today?

Don, there are only 48 stars on the flag depicted.....I vaguely recall that....1958?

Anyway, it's a neat cartoon.

How it would play today?.....who knows.........
