I believe it was ratified earlier, but became law on 2-25-1913

Thanks for posting that, sparks!  I read a lot of the articles on the givemeliberty.org site.  Amazing how that got "passed" isn't it?  Did you ever see the movie "V" for Vendetta?  That was good a good movie.

the movie "V" was one of the best movies i have seen in the last couple of years.
