Here are photos of our cabin we have been working on.
I used John's 20' 1-1/2 story design and increased the length to 32'. We also changed the wall height to 12' and added the window seat.

Which foundation is this on?
Looks like baloon contruction? 12' 2x4's providing for he walls down and up. Works for me. Wonder if there are fire stops, and I see the upper floor joist appear to be partly supported by a horizontal board across the top of the lower wall. Right? Wonder how that will be finished.
