So I am having a discussion with my 9 year old boy. The topic was about DNA and babies. We seem to be drifting into these conversations a lot lately.
So he was trying to understand that he has 50 % of my DNA and 50% of his dad. Then he asked if his two older brothers and sister has 50% of my DNA too. Yes I said. He quips out and says "No Wonder!" I was puzzled. So I asked. He said "Well, if all us kids have 50% of your DNA you must have very little left, no wonder why you are so tired lately" d*
Lesson here for me is to make sure the boy does not take me so literally.
Is it safe for your children to have that much of your DNA, Stink? [waiting] heh
