Whatever you want to call them. Christmas trees, Holiday trees, Pagan winter solstice trees... lets see'em.

Here's mine

And yes the wife has the rest of the house looking like the north pole.   d*  Has done it for years.  This is her favorite Holiday.

Well, here's ours under construction.  Every year we go up into the Jemez, find the most beautiful tree we can, and kill it.  This was the "winner" this year.  We usually hunt trees in the summer and GPS them for easy finding later.

This one came out of an area about 3 miles east of Mtn Don's place.  I wanted to get the one out of his front yard, but as old as he looks he is still pretty dang spry and I was afraid he would have run me down and taken all the Christmas cheer out of me.

Merry Christmas!

Nice trees.  :)  No Christmas Tree here this year. We're tearing out the parquet flooring in the living room. Some may recall it was damaged in late summer by a plumbing failure. So all the furniture gets moved here and there, family room, kitchen, garage. Then the wood gets ripped out. We paint the room. Then install ceramic tile, grout, etc. Then put it all back together after Christmas.

So no tree this year.   :(
