Title: There is a little justice

Buffett's Berkshire Falls Most in at Least 23 Years

I really hate Warren Buffett. Americas Grandfather my ugly Aunt Louise's A$$. He's an arrogant, self serving old goat and it tickles me to no end to watch the empire he keeps shoving down everyones throat, crumble.

I wonder if he still wants to pay more taxes ;D

The rumor I have heard is that its worse than this for ole Warren.

Anyway, heres the bit from that article that perks my ears.

"The swaps jumped to 475 basis points today from 129 points two months ago, according to CMA Datavision. That translates to $475,000 a year to protect $10 million for five years. "

The when your cost to borrow goes up 370% in two months your done.

Dont know how you feel about T. Boone Pickens, but rumor is he got crushed too lately by betting on oil going up with his hedge fund dollars.

I like Boone. Like most people with money, you have to read between the lines with him. I doubt I'd let him hold my wallet, but he's a likable old fellow who pretends to be more of a country bumpkin than he is.

i joined the pickens plan mostly because i want to support the move away from foreign oil and he was the only one to galvanize an effort. OTT, i agree w/PN

Pickens was involved with the junk bonds & hostile takeovers...  just like Michael Millken (that's where he really made the big bucks) don't know how much I'd trust him, either...  but they're all like that - just like the politicians, if they open their mouths, they're lieing...
