Title: Basalmic Vinegar glaze
Post by: NM_Shooter on November 10, 2008, 02:29:09 PM
Okay... this is one of those things that sound crappy, and they you try it and are amazed.  With the recent recipes popping up, and Thanksgiving around the corner, here is a really easy dessert glaze to try.

equal parts basalmic vinegar and sugar mixed together, with a small amount of salt and pepper.

That's it.  Pretty tough huh?

Cut up a fruit salad...pears, strawberries, logan berries, whatever.  Put a little whipped cream on top and drizzle the glaze over.  Amazingly good.  We had this at a friend's house the other evening and it was a hit.

Heck, I've never tasted anything with balsamic vinegar that isn't good.
