Title: All Obama, All The Time
Post by: MountainDon on October 14, 2008, 08:38:00 PM
Channel 73, Dish Network. Argh!!

The last time I checked, countries that allow politicians to independently control entire media channels have traditionally been called such things as dictatorships, tyrannies, or communist....

"DISH Network Channel 73 is paid advertising by the Obama campaign and is not an endorsement of Senator Obama by DISH Network. DISH Network made the same offer to the McCain campaign, an offer that remains open."

Let me know if you have any questions!

    Thanks,

    Parker C. McConachie
    Manager, Corporate Communications
    DISH Network L.L.C.

I wonder what that costs?

Obama is spending many millions in the dash to the finish line is what I have been hearing on the tube.

My neighbor said he saw a bumper sticker that said "McCain = Bush's third term".

He then said that he wanted to create his own bumper sticker that said:

"Obama = Al Qaeda's first term".

I took a peek after seeing this post. Seems pretty darned egotistical to me. Hey look mom I have my own TV Channel. My contributors paid for it. Kind of makes you wonder what the taxpayers would be asked to foot the bill for if he gets elected.

dang dish network...they've called three time just today to try to get me to use their service...and as to Obama having his own network, yup, that's pretty egotistical.
