Police on the scene refused to tell ABC lawyers the charges against the producer, Asa Eslocker, who works with the ABC News investigative unit.
A cigar-smoking Denver police sergeant, accompanied by a team of five other officers, first put his hands on Eslocker's neck, then twisted the producers arm behind him to put on handcuffs.
A police official later told lawyers for ABC News that Eslocker is being charged with trespass, interference, and failure to follow a lawful order. He also said the arrest followed a signed complaint from the Brown Palace Hotel.

my gawd, it is getting worse & worse... no free speech, sidewalks are not public space anymore... the police can do anything they want when it comes to protecting politicians & their handlers...
looks like the denver gestapo is alive and well and following orders from the dem. party/vip doners(read bosses) >:(
The jack booted thugs are alive and well. Is this any surprise anymore?
Not at all -- I keep contemplating a thread to talk about that but I keep resisting or avoiding the issue.
Move along citizen, nothing to see here. ;D
They forget they are public servants and in their own little minds they grow to be rulers. Ones like this give the good ones a bad name.

My brother-in-law is a cop, and from what I've seen, a good portion are insecure in their own lives(personal experience). It's like courage in a bottle for a drunk, except in this case, it's courage with a badge. There are plenty of good cops, they are just overshadowed by the little Napolean's with a God complex.
I agree, Mad dog. I have several good cop friends and don't care for the bad ones.
