Title: Mercury Fillings

Wonder why I'm crazy?

My first dentist paid for his house and car installing these in my head - every molar.  He was a con man - convinced my mom I had cavities in every one -- I remember him showing her cavities where she couldn't see anything on the x-rays.

Now the question is, why did we have to find it in a UK paper? hmm

Ah, yes . The mad hatter. The beaver pelts were cured/groomed with mercury.

Just how far down the rabbit hole are you willing to go? ;)

OMG Glenn...the point of no return is 12 feet!! Hope you don't go postal. ;D

All bs aside, I had a conversation with a pharmicist about this very subject nearly 40 years ago. His concensus was .... yeah, we'll see.

I remember playing with liquid mercury to turn pennies 'silver'. (going thru the 24 foot level....I like even numbers.)

edit-...I've started re-reading the works of Thomas Paine, Thoreau, and Emerson. Nuff said.

There is little hope.  I have already planned on digging deeper for the root cellar.

I really enjoyed Walden Pond.
