Title: Radiant Cove Heaters
Post by: CREATIVE1 on May 08, 2008, 04:50:11 PM
In the search for affordable heat, which I'm required to install along with my central wood stove, I've been looking at radiant cove heaters.
Anyone out there used these and have any comments?

I put some of those in my house 20 yrs ago for the same reason.  A few rooms have a forced air elec heater instead of the coves.  Each room is on its own thermostat. It works out fairly well, you can add a bit of heat to just one room,  Especially when its not cold enough to fire up the woodstove you can just heat the rooms you will be in.
