Title: Update on Architect Police
Post by: Garrett In Tahoe on April 02, 2008, 10:55:11 AM
Hi all,

I recieved a registered letter from the Nevada Board of Architecture putting me on notice with a "Letter of Caution." My suggestions of using plans off the internet in Nevada apparently got them all worked up.

The letter states that continued suggestions or the use of those types of plans, instead of using a licensed Architect could subject me to a fine of up $10,000.00. What a bunch of c--p, what ever happened to free enterprise?

Free enterprise? What about the freedom of speech?

I have heard there is more freedom in Russia.

I can't think of too many things we are free to do without violating a law.  Breathe? hmm

I do not think that breathing or I should say inhalation or exhalation are violating any law, BUT I do believe there will be a tax on that.
