Title: Porch Design

I am getting ready to build a front porch on my place and don't have the foggest idea on how to start. I have looked everywhere for plans and help on doing this. We want to build a porch with dimensions of about 8 x 16 and cover it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you ???

Maybe a photo of your exsisting home to start, showing where the porch will be.

The Victoria Cottage has an 8x16 hip roofed porch.
