Title: small resturant
Post by: mvk on January 15, 2008, 07:35:57 AM
My daughter and her boyfriend run a dive shop at a hotel in Zanzabar. Hows this for a small resturant(https://i243.photobucket.com/albums/ff293/mvk825/n702451571_549539_601.jpg)

Anyone want to meet me for dinner

Looks good to me when do we leave?  A funny thing about resturants is that they are slowing disappearing.  The family went to one of the larger nearby towns the other day for a day out. There was almost no local resturants still in buisness.  Everything went to "fast food" . We finally decided on Bob Evans where a variety could be ordered. Yeah I decided on Brinner with the works.

Neat looking place.  I wonder how it is in bad weather?

sassy
I e-mailed my daugther and you can walk out in low tide. It's for locals as well as tourists. she said that the food is great craps, lobster, shrimp. She says its one of the few places to get lobsters, most go right to europe. I spent a couple of winters in Mexico 69 or 70 the first time, we could get shrimp everwhere a couple of years later you could'nt buy them anywhere. One time asking everone we met some one bought us a bag of frozen cooked shrimp. Guess the didn't even get to shore anymore.

glen that place looks like it has been there for awhile but I wouldn't want to ride out the big one there.
