Levy breaks amid explosions that sound like bombs the day after the storm- N.O. police and Feds or Fed Contractors (read mercenaries) get into a gun battle on the bridge..
Blackwater still patrols the streets and throws the residents out of their perfectly good or restored houses.
Poor blacks are dispersed across the US and aid is cut off.
Not an ethnic cleansing of the Chocolate City???? Show me that it is something different.

One of the nurses I work with & her husband went to New Orleans to work on a Habitat for Humanity home. They said they were shocked at the destruction - looked like hardly anything had been done.
She said she felt so sorry for all the families they got a chance to talk to. She said it was quite a culture shock to come back to her home in Calif & work place & hear all the petty griping They've lost everything & are having to start over... even if they had flood insurance, the insurance companies won't pay...

Insurance is a scam
I am not a believer in Insurance at all... My car got broken into once about 10 years ago...I had insurance I was living in an apartment they busted the window of my car took a crowbar to the dash to try top get the radio out of car...and stole the toolbox in the back (full of SK tools)
Went to my insurance guy and he told me I had to have house insurance to get paid for the tools
what a load of bullshit. tools were in car car was insured
I have loathed insurance ever since...I still do not know I avoided arrest when I totally flipped my lid inside said insurance agency when I went in for a refund of my insurance money
Does anyone remember there were places other than New Orleans involved in the storm? ALL you ever here is how that one city is doing. There are places all along the coast that are still missing. They are gone... nothing left. BUT poor ole New Orleans is all the government seems to care about.
Easier to hide tax money in the pockets of contractors there, I guess.......
