Title: ICF House plans for pier foundations
Post by: PhilCon on July 19, 2007, 11:00:45 AM
We have been trying to find house plans for a small house that has an ICF foundation and exterior walls.  We also need a pier foundation since it will be facing a canal right off the river.  We are not having any luck.  Everything needs to be modified and of course that runs into extra $$$.
HELP!!! :'(

That is very likely going to be the case anywhere you go, PhilCon.

ICF is not conventional construction so will require an engineers stamped approval and modification if permits are required anywhere you go.

If permits are not required in your area, then you could just get one of John's plans and modify it for ICF yourself.
