I am wondering if anyone has a rough estimate of what it cost to build their 20x34 universal cottage as far as foundation, framing, roof etc. I wanted to get a rough estimate if possible for just materials.

I am hoping to build one with a wrap around porch and metal roof if anyone has pictures of a similar project they did.
