Checked property in CO over the weeked-- big doings such as power all over, looks to be both spec and owner builder homes. Overall, good to see again and realize the awesome potential- the altitude was kicking my arse day1 then got better. Wonder how it will be to build here at 10,500ft?

Okay, I guess another neighbor is a good thing, this is Valley of the Sun near Fairplay CO.

Cool - In a 5-10 years we just might be neighbors - Just a small 2-3 hrs from from Fort Garland!

Great! Sounds like you are familiar with the area. South Park had a music fest this past weekend-- I was unaware but it only keep me in the mountains longer ;D
