At Lowes - (till June 13) - if you buy the Black and Decker Starter Kit, you can also receive free an additional 18 volt tool. The Starter Kit consisted of a carrying case, 2-speed cordless drill, battery and charger. I also picked out a 18 volt circular saw - for free !!!
Got it all for 49.97 plus tax.
