I know there are not too many New Mexican residents on here (one other I saw someplace, maybe more?), but I ran across this PDF document. It's specific to NM laws, but could be of interest to anyone One nearly unique thing is there is no permit required if you meet certain criteria.

There is an exception for when there is no such connection but they fail to mention it. If you're curious it's available here... (the complete liquid waste regs)

This is good info, and good news as I plan my cabin complex near Datil, NM. We'll almost be neighbors, Don ;)
