Title: wood flooring install

Hi everyone. I am at the point I can install my flooring. I am looking at fir plank. Can I nail that right to the plywood subfloor? I dont need to put down any other plywood or osb do I?

If your subfloor is 3/4" then you should be good to go. It's also recommended to put down 15 lb felt paper which I think does help when you're trying to get the t&g tight. They also say the felt paper reduces seasonal movement, which may or may not be true.
