Title: 5 gallon bucket level

Could someone give me a hand in finding a "how to" post ref a 5 gallon bucket water level used in a 2009 post and pier foundation post by TexStarJim (I think). I've tried the search function and get EVERY post about buckets and levels imaginable. A link will do. Thanks so much!

Yes, that's the post I found (also using Google) but I can't find the complete "instructions" he references. Maybe I should be smart enough to just figure it out. Ha! Not going to happen. Thanks!
